Job Description

We are looking for an experienced full-time Network Trainer for our very own venture, Elxer Training Institute. The candidate must be well versed with CCNA, MCSA, RedHat Linux, and Networking protocols.   Apart from the technical skills mentioned above, the candidate should have a flair for teaching, learn the latest technologies and acquire new skills. Not only the trainer will get to teach students and share his/her knowledge, but would also get a chance to upgrade their own skills and work on real-time projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality virtual and in-person technical training in line with industry-recognized best practices on CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, RedHat Linux, and Networking Protocols

• Create Pedagogy as per local as well as PAN India Industry Expectations

• Design quality self-paced training sessions on the above-mentioned topics for students and working professionals

• Develop and retain an up-to-date knowledge of current working practices.

• Carry out course monitoring and evaluation collating participants' training, assessment reports on a regular basis

• Create high-quality training materials for students and working professionals

• Mentor in-house networking  teams on the latest trends and technologies in the field of Networking

• Maintain the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course’s life cycle.

Skills & expertise we look for:

• Must be CCNA/MCSE Certified

• Hands-on experience in CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, RedHat Linux, and Networking Protocols

• Hands-on experience in Routing and Switching protocols

• Excellent communication and presentation skills 

• Candidates could be graduates from electronics, computer science, information technology, telecommunication and electronics, and electrical streams
