1.Assist in identifying potential customers in residential and commercial segments.
2.Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and customer documentation.
3.Explain internet/broadband plans and service benefits to potential customers.
4..Follow up with leads generated via campaigns, field activities, or referrals.
5.Maintain and update daily sales reports and CRM data.
6.Participate in local area marketing campaigns and awareness activities.
7.Collect feedback from customers and report market trends or competitor information.

Skills & Competencies Required:

1Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Hindi/Local Language preferred)
2.Basic knowledge of internet/broadband services (training will be provided)
3.Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
4.Self-motivated with a go-getter mindset
