Role and Responsibilities:

 

Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.

Source potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms and job fairs.

Conduct interviews and evaluate applicants' skills, experience, and compatibility with company culture.

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.

Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Qualifications:

 

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, with a focus on the telecom, ISP, software, or solar sectors.

Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, techniques, and sources.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
