Job Roles & Responsibilities 
Job Designation :- Marketing Manager - Retail
Job Location :- Raipur (CG)

• Strategy & Planning

1. Develop integrated marketing strategies for both verticals (ISP & Solar)

2. Define buyer personas across residential, commercial, rural, and enterprise segments

3. Plan and manage budgets for brand and performance campaigns

• Digital Marketing

1. Lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube & SEO

2. Optimize cost metrics like CPL & CAC, and manage lead funnels

3. Build and execute content calendars for blogs, email, and social media
   
   

• Offline & BTL

1. Execute local campaigns: events, hoardings, flyers, kiosks, etc.

2. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely rollout

3. Support sales/ops with area-specific promotions and branding

• Branding & Communication

1. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity

2. Create brochures, videos, pitch decks, and sales material

3. Liaise with designers, agencies, and freelancers as needed

• CRM & Customer Engagement

1. Run referral programs, loyalty drives, and feedback surveys

2. Improve experience via proactive communication and journey mapping

3. Sync marketing with customer support and installation teams

• Team & Collaboration

1. Lead a team or manage external partners for execution

2. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Tech on growth initiatives

3. Report monthly metrics and insights to leadership
