Job Description

Position Overview:
The HR Intern will work closely with the HR Manager, gaining hands-on experience in a wide range of HR functions with a strong focus on process improvement and organizational transformation. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is excited to learn, analyze, and drive HR projects that align with our vision for organizational growth and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Improvement Support

    • Assist in mapping and analyzing current HR processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Support the development and implementation of new HR processes, tools, and systems aimed at streamlining workflow.
    • Gather feedback and monitor the effectiveness of implemented process changes, providing recommendations for improvement.
  2. Organizational Transformation Assistance

    • Collaborate with the HR Manager on organizational transformation projects, including culture-building initiatives, change management plans, and employee engagement programs.
    • Research and present best practices for organizational transformation and performance improvement initiatives.
    • Aid in the development of materials for internal communications and training sessions.
  3. Data Collection & Analysis

    • Support HR Manager by collecting, organizing, and analyzing employee data to generate insights into engagement, productivity, and process bottlenecks.
    • Prepare reports and presentations to illustrate findings and propose recommendations for transformation initiatives.
  4. General HR Support

      • Assist in daily HR activities, including onboarding, document management, scheduling, and updating HRIS.
      • Provide administrative support for various HR projects as needed.

Key Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interest in HR, organizational transformation, and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS or data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
