Job Description
Role Overview: As a Channel Partner Manager at Elxer Group, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our channel partner network across key product lines, including Internet Service Provider (ISP) services, Telecom solutions, and Solar energy products. You will foster strong relationships with channel partners, drive growth through strategic collaborations, and ensure alignment with Elxer’s vision of innovation and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Relationship Management: Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with channel partners for ISP services, Telecom solutions, and Solar energy products to drive mutual growth and success.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute channel strategies that align with Elxer’s business goals, focusing on market expansion, revenue growth, and competitive advantage across the ISP, Telecom, and Solar verticals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on partner performance for each product line, providing insights and recommendations to optimize channel effectiveness.
- Training and Enablement: Collaborate with internal teams to provide partners with the necessary tools, resources, and training to successfully market and sell Elxer’s ISP, Telecom, and Solar products.
- Business Development: Identify and onboard new partners, expanding the reach and impact of Elxer’s products and services across various verticals.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments within the ISP, Telecom, and Solar sectors to ensure Elxer remains at the cutting edge of innovation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align channel activities with broader company initiatives.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with partners to establish favorable agreements that drive growth and profitability for both parties.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in channel management, business development, or a related role, ideally within the ISP, Telecom, or Solar energy sectors.
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, with a track record of driving growth through strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Passion for innovation and sustainability, with a keen interest in emerging technologies such as AI, AR, and VR.
