I have been using this from last 1 month and i am very happy and satisfied with the service. I haven't experienced any downtime yet.Just gave 4 star because there is always a room for improvement.

Before Elxer, I tried big brands but was not satisfied with their services. But after using Elxer, I must say that Elxer has provided me with great service and uninterrupted speed at affordable price. I am happy and strongly recommend Elxer Internet services to all my contacts.

Hey! Elxer thank you for wonderful 2 year of broadband connection. Your team was very helpfull to any queries that i raised regarding gaming on pc games like rainbow six siege , destiny 2 , pubg etc, your team solved this issue in no time. Plans are very good and very cheap maybe even the cheapest reliable ISP in raipur. You guys shifted my connection to a whole new place without any charges and hesitation. Speed was very constant and reliable even in very bad weather and even in covid pandemic. Chose this ISP after my breakup cause i didn't wanted to miss her and guess what, "Elxer never broke my heart"

Hi, I am a developer and have been using Elexer internet since March 2020 as I am working from home. I am fully satisfied with the service provided by them. Since 3 months, there was only downtime of 2 hours for me, which I feel is wonderful. Whenever I call them, they answered my call and gave resolution within an hour. I avoid writing comments for anyone, but I couldn't resist myself appreciating you guys. Keep it Up.

One of the best broadband provider in chhattisgarh , currently using there 25mbps plans its awesome. I am using for more than 3 months only disconnected for 5 mins. They can give tough competition to jio fiber which is on the way. Currently using it in bhilai. Worth the price better than airtel and bsnl broadband which are available in bhilai.

I have been using Elxer Broadband from more than 3 months. After the installation there was a shut down of 2 days due to optic cable cut at the time of ganesh chaturthi , After it got fixed and i am using their services as well Plans and speed is good. They reach in those areas where Tier 1 broadband companies could not. The only hatred thing is when ever there is a fibre cut you have to suffer it for whole day.But it will be resolved before the closure of current working day.

It's been a month since I started using Elxer, and I must say that I am impressed! Wanted high speed internet and Elxer delivered it. Service is very good and the Customer Care as well.. Had an initial scare, because the sales guy assured installation in 3 days but it took a week because their technical teams weren't free. They started working in late evening and the connection was started around 9:30pm Since then there have rarely been any disconnections. The one time it was down for a couple of hours was because of power outage after cyclone Fani.
